  • We love having your little ones around, but to ensure a comfortable (and safe) experience for all our guests and staff, we ask that you arrange your appointments around childcare needs. Children who are not receiving a service are not permitted in the salon. Clients bringing children who are not scheduled for a service may be asked to reschedule their appointment and could be subject to a cancellation fee. No children are permitted in our lash room under any circumstance due to the nature of services being rendered.

  • To ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for all our clients, we are unable to accommodate additional guests during lash appointments and chemical hair services due to the length of those appointments and capacity guidelines for our salon. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for others before arriving for your scheduled service. No guests are permitted in our lash room under any circumstance.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will be canceled. In such cases, you will be charged 100% of the total amount due for the scheduled services. If you arrive after the 10-minute mark, we may not be able to complete your service, and the no-show fee will still apply, at the stylist's discretion. If you believe you may be running behind, please notify us as soon as possible.

    Please note that if you miss a redo or corrective appointment, you will not be eligible for a new reservation without charge.

Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Locks & Lashes. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.*

Refunds and Redos

All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome, we are more than happy to discuss potential solutions with you.

Please note that requests for adjustments are only applicable if the issue arises from an error on our part or a product failure. Changes of mind after the service has been performed do not qualify for a redo. Any requests for corrective services must be approved by the stylist who originally provided the service.

To ensure a prompt resolution, please contact us within 48 hours of any dissatisfaction. We will arrange a corrective service or consultation at the earliest opportunity.

For services involving box color or transitioning from darker to lighter shades, please be aware that multiple appointments may be necessary to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

Locks & Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or policy violation.

Return Policy

We are happy to return any unopened haircare products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in salon credit will be issued.

Extension returns are a case by case basis. No returns can be made once hair is opened or installed for any reason per supplier policy.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be busy and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other guests and manage our staff's time effectively.

If you’re unable to reach your stylist or our front desk, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, appointment time, and stylist's name. You may also email us at hello@locksandlashesva.com

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services. This fee will be billed to the credit card used to secure your reservation.

Late/ No Show

Services Under 16

If a child under the age of 16 is scheduled for a chemical service or spray tanning service, a parent or guardian must be present for the appointment and sign a one-time consent form.

Methods of payment

Locks & Lashes accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Cash. Venmo and CashApp are not an accepted method of payment, tips only may be given to stylists using these methods. Payment methods may vary by service provider.

Parking

We know that sometime parking in Wyndhurst can be a pain! We do have parking available on our side street (Northwynd Circle). These spots are labeled for 2- hour parking only, do not fret if your service is longer than 2- hours, your car will not be towed. There is also additional parking past the salon at the end of our row of buildings (on your left towards Health Nut Nutrition) as well as a parking lot on the opposite side of the street behind Atlantic Bay Mortgage. Please follow any ‘No Parking’ or ‘Loading Only’ signs.

*Please note policies are for employee stylists and technicians, some independent stylists and service providers may have alternate policies.
